For the sake of your phone, grab pencil when writing in the sauna. But really, good job for getting back on there and going for it. I read a great blog post yesterday that said the secret is all about 'consistency,' meaning you're there at the gym starting (http://www.lifelessbullshit.... Now tomorrow, go back. And the day after tomorrow, etc. You're there and you're on your way. And your babies will thank you for it.

Great work, Eric. And keep just 1 pair of those pants. You know, so you can see how far you've come this time next year. :)

You aren't starting from scratch -- just resuming from a better place. It's a serious struggle, but you can do it!!! Thank you for sharing your story (I'm working on it too but not really comfortable tracking it publicly; I admire your courage). And congrats on a Baby Berto #2!
